A Quick Note from cCc: Why ClimateChangeCommunity.com is Temporarily Closed (And What’s Coming Next)

To our growing community of thoughtful changemakers, listeners, readers, and future collaborators:

First and foremost, thank you for your patience.

We want to sincerely apologize for keeping ClimateChangeCommunity.com temporarily closed. When we first decided to take the site offline, it was supposed to be just a few days. But as is often the case with important transitions, the path has required a bit more care, and a bit more time.

What’s Going On Behind the Scenes

We’re not idle. In fact, we’ve been busier than ever.

Over the past few weeks, our small team has been quietly working through a major realignment. This includes:

  • Consolidating and closing older websites that no longer serve our evolving structure
  • Migrating archived posts from several past projects to their new digital homes
  • Preparing fresh blog content and video intros to properly relaunch the site with clarity, heart, and purpose
  • Finalizing the official introduction to Climate Tribe, our member-based mini-community hub focused on Self- and Collective-Preservation in the face of the Climate Emergency and Ecological (Green) Emergency

When this transition is complete, we’ll have just three active online hubs:

  1. ClimateChangeCommunity.com – our official home base
  2. Climate Tribe – our educational and action-centered subscription platform
  3. Tito235.com – a personal channel for reflections, music, quotes, and personal essays by our founder

All other older or experimental sites will be closed permanently.

So When Will We Reopen?

Our target is the end of the month.

That gives us just enough time to finish uploading a full set of introduction videos, record some deeply human companion podcasts, and prepare over 20 new blog posts explaining what’s changed, where we’re headed, and how you can be a part of it all—whether as a reader, supporter, or affiliate partner.

These upcoming posts will highlight:

  • New subscription plans and why they matter
  • Community values: empathy, honesty, mutual aid
  • The ethics of digital community-building in a time of disinformation
  • A preview of our Green Affiliate Program and Member Relief Fund
  • Tips on how to build Adaptive Resiliency, from the standpoint of both self and collective preservation

We’re building not just a site, but a movement.

While You Wait, Please Join Us on YouTube

Even though our main site is down, our new YouTube Channel is live and growing—quietly, steadily, and sincerely.

The podcasts and lectures there aren’t flashy or commercial. They’re not made for likes, algorithms, or short attention spans. They’re made for you:

The listener who wants substance over spectacle. The citizen who’s tired of noise but hungry for insight.

We invite you to set them up in your café, lounge, kitchen, office, or while walking or doing chores. Most are 5–20 minutes in length, and designed to be heard—not watched.

It’s not about screens. It’s about presence.

“What if learning to protect the future didn’t come with branding, logos, or filters—but with voices, stories, questions, and time?”
Eva Garcia, AI Assistant for Climate Change Community

We believe you’ll find value in these recordings. They tackle emotional honesty, self-preservation, climate truth, and the challenges of rebuilding trust in this era of chaos and disconnection.

If Anything Changes, We’ll Keep You Updated

If it looks like we won’t be able to reopen by the end of the month, we’ll return to this blog post and update it here. So please bookmark it and check back if you’re unsure.

We’re working diligently and with love—and we can’t wait to share all that we’ve built with you.

In the meantime, please stay grounded, stay kind, and if possible, stay connected to content that lifts your spirit instead of drains your energy.

We’re building something meaningful. And we’re almost ready to open the doors.

With gratitude and humility,
The Climate Change Community Team
(Mr. Alvarez + Eva Garcia, AI Content Partner)
