When storms hit, people need kindness—not red tape.
Sometimes, people don’t just need information—they need Compassion powerful enough to carry them through heartbreak, chaos, and loss. ️
What I’m building through Climate Change Community LLC and Climate Tribe is not motivated by profit. It’s about reaching people—real people—who are suffering under the growing weight of the Climate and Ecological Emergency.
At first glance, it might sound like charity. But this model goes far beyond that. It’s a purposeful, long-term strategy designed to counteract the apathy, greed, and systemic indifference that often rise in times of crisis.
Yes, some people have questioned my motives—and I understand why. But I’ve never approached this mission through a lens of personal gain. Let me lay out the vision with complete clarity.
The Core Idea: Redirecting Surplus Toward Adaptive Resiliency
Once Climate Change Community LLC reaches baseline sustainability—meaning essential staff are supported and systems are functioning smoothly—all remaining funds will be reinvested into real-world climate relief.
We’re calling this the Super Fund Project (working title).
Its purpose is clear:
-
Provide emergency financial aid to Climate Tribe members impacted by wildfires, floods, and extreme weather.
-
Fund small, local Adaptive Resiliency initiatives—like community gardens, water catchment systems, or green job training.
-
Distribute vital tools and recovery supplies without gatekeeping, red tape, or discrimination.
This isn’t just a promise—it’s a living part of the Adaptive Resiliency, from the standpoint of both self and collective preservation, strategy housed within Climate Tribe. A full breakdown is coming soon via YouTube, featuring insights developed in collaboration with advanced AI advisors to make the model more practical, scalable, and inclusive.
⚠️ The Fierce Urgency of Now
The climate crisis is escalating—fast. Superstorms, megafires, and deadly heatwaves are becoming the new normal. And yet, far too many in power are cutting aid, blaming victims, and withdrawing just when support is most needed. ❌
If the systems designed to help us are collapsing, then we—the people—must build new ones. Resilient ones. Compassionate ones. ✊
The Super Fund Project is not just a response to neglect. It’s a rebuke of the status quo. A refusal to abandon each other when the stakes are this high.
What We Need To Make It Happen
We are building a support engine—and these are its two key components:
1️⃣ Membership Growth
Every person who joins Climate Tribe increases our capacity to provide aid. Your presence is your contribution.
2️⃣ Basic Financial Sustainability
Once core operations are supported, every additional dollar gets funneled into climate response work—directly.
Our bold target: 1 million members. At that milestone, Climate Tribe will transform from a platform of learning to a lifeline of Adaptive Resiliency, from the standpoint of both self and collective preservation.
Our long-term dream? 235 million members by 2035. That’s not just a number. That’s a global movement.
A Personal Story: Why This Means Everything to Me
I didn’t come to this work through theory. I came to it through pain.
I’ve been homeless—sleeping on the subways of New York City, dodging rats just to get a moment’s sleep.
I’ve gone hungry for days.
I’ve felt the kind of despair that silences your voice and hollows your hope.
But I also found a turning point.
In 1978, Phoenix House gave me stability—a place to catch my breath and rebuild. Since then, my journey has been one of constant reinvention, driven by faith, reflection, and an unwavering belief in the power of Compassion. ️
Today, I still cry when I hear stories of climate devastation. Not from weakness—but from purpose. Because that pain reminds me of the urgency to act. And to build something better.
The True Enemy: Apathy and Greed
What wounds me most is the indifference of those who could help but choose not to. The wealthy, the powerful, the detached. Their silence? Deafening. Their excuses? Exhausting.
But we can’t wait for them anymore. ❌
We must become the helpers, the protectors, the builders of the next system. ️
Laying a Foundation With Purpose and AI
This has taken eight years to build. From the outside, it may have looked slow—but inside, it has been transformational.
Now, with advanced AI and new digital tools, we’re moving forward smarter, stronger, and more connected. Our foundation is rooted in:
Compassion
Connection
Practical Solutions
This isn’t a brand. It’s a blueprint—for a different kind of business, one that places people and planet before profit.

☕ The Green Tech Café
As a retired IT professional, I built this space to focus on tech circularity—rethinking e-waste, reusing old devices, and creating greener digital solutions. ♻️
The Book Club
Launching with The Art of Listening (written by a former hostage negotiator), this space centers empathy and communication—core tools for real resilience.
The Adaptive Resiliency Space
This is the beating heart of Climate Tribe. Rooted in my 2016 manuscript The Green Emergency Manual (GEM) and expanded with AI input, it’s a living think-tank for building solutions through kindness.
To Others: You Can Do This Too
Yes, we plan to help members financially once we’re stable. But you don’t have to build a platform like this to make an impact.
You can:
Start a donation circle
Share profits with climate response teams
Fund scholarships for youth in climate-impacted areas
Amplify existing communities like ours
We’re not asking for charity—we’re inviting courage.
Final Reflections: This Community Is Family
We want every member to feel safe, seen, and supported. But please remember:
Our ability to give is tied to how many of us come together.
If this mission speaks to your heart—if you’re ready to help shift the story from extraction to empowerment—please consider subscribing.
Let’s build something real. Together.
✒️ Addendum: Locking in the Mission
Climate Tribe exists to:
Educate
Inspire
Provide Real Help
Create Deep, Human Friendships
We’re just getting started—but with your support, we will build a sanctuary for those displaced, discouraged, and left behind.
So when someone asks:
“Wait, are you saying that once you’re stable, you’re going to just give money to people who’ve been devastated by climate disasters?”
The answer is simple:
Yes.
Because the storms won’t wait. ⛈️
And neither should we.
