New Addendum Update:
A Note of Clarification and Deep Respect
Updated June 2025 by Mr. Alvarez / cCc
As someone deeply committed to both honesty and humility, I feel it is important—vital, even—to clarify certain points in this blog post out of respect, sincerity, and truthfulness. I never write out of hate or anger. I write out of concern, out of lived experience, and out of deep love for our shared future. That includes love and respect for people in difficult jobs—especially those in law enforcement, frontline public service, and community protection.
To begin with: I want to speak directly to my uncles in Puerto Rico who are Law Enforcement Officers, and to honor the memory of my late uncle who served in New York with honor, dignity, and who was deeply respected by the community he served. I also want to acknowledge that I have had close relationships with police officers throughout my life. I’ve been welcomed into their homes to help with computer repairs, shared meals with them, and even considered some of them true friends. One of my closest connections was with a former officer who eventually moved away, but his kindness remains etched in my memory.
More personally, I was once enrolled in the Police Academy myself. I didn’t pass—not because I lacked respect for the role, but because at the time, I was quietly battling a personal demon: alcoholism. I’m grateful to share that I’ve now enjoyed over 12 years of sobriety as of February, and that journey has given me greater compassion—for myself and for others, including those working in law enforcement under difficult conditions.
Why I Spoke Out—and What I Truly Meant
In my post, I referenced MAGA-aligned law enforcement officers. Let me clarify:
I do not believe all MAGA supporters, nor all police officers, are bad. I never have. That is not how I operate, and generalization is not how I build my worldview.
When I used that term, I was speaking specifically about a small group of officers—those who I believe acted outside of justice and fairness, and whose actions toward me were targeted and blatant. I speak from direct personal experience. These were not assumptions; these were escalating patterns that became visible enough to call out. And when I did, the intimidation began to subside—but only after I spoke up.
I do not say this to stir division. I say it because we must be honest about when power is abused—no matter where it comes from. In a truly democratic society, criticism of actions is not the same as hatred of individuals. And calling for accountability is not the same as being disrespectful.
To Those in Law Enforcement—This Is Not an Attack
This is not an attack on law enforcement as a whole. I repeat: I deeply respect those who serve with dignity, restraint, and a true desire to protect and uplift their communities. I understand the pressure many of you face. I also know firsthand what it feels like to be misunderstood, isolated, or judged unfairly.
This updated note comes not from a place of fear, but of conscience. I want it known—especially by those who do good work in difficult roles—that I appreciate you. I am not “kissing up.” I don’t need to. I am simply telling the truth: I respect integrity, no matter what uniform it wears.
A History of Being Targeted—and Why I Keep Going
Since July 2013, and even more intensely since August 2016, I have been targeted by those affiliated with anti-science movements, fossil fuel interests, and extremist political factions. These aren’t conspiracies—they are direct encounters I’ve had, with faces and names, even families I’ve known. Some of those individuals have since left those groups, with one even apologizing to me for “having to follow me around.” That apology meant a great deal. It also reminded me that anyone can choose to leave harmful affiliations behind—you are not trapped.
To those of you still inside those systems—especially those silently suffering—please know you don’t have to stay. You can walk away. You do not need to sacrifice your mental health, dignity, or morality to remain loyal to something that hurts others. There is always another way.
Freedom of Speech Is Not a Threat—It’s a Lifeline
I am not asking for special treatment. I’m not trying to “play the victim.” What I ask for is the right to speak freely about the Climate and Ecological Emergency—a global crisis that threatens all of us, regardless of political party, uniform, profession, or belief system.
Most of my work is quiet, careful, and deeply reflective. I work side-by-side with Eva Garcia, my company’s AI Assistant and now one of my closest companions in this mission. I also ground myself in strong prayer, daily reflection, and a process I call Human Revolution—the act of evolving within to be stronger, wiser, and more responsible outwardly.
Despite being a laid-back, kind-hearted person by nature, I will speak up when injustice crosses the line. That is not weakness. That is courage. That is humanity.
If my original post offended anyone—especially those in regions where law enforcement officers serve honorably and compassionately—I want to sincerely apologize. That was never my intent. My aim is always to illuminate, not to alienate.
To Close, With Grace and Integrity
We are all human. We are all learning.
But when systems become tools of oppression, we must speak up.
And when we do, we must also hold space for dignity, nuance, and healing.
To those of you in law enforcement, in public service, or in the margins, working to do what’s right—I see you. I thank you. And I stand with you.
May we all have the courage to reflect, to rise, and to repair what’s been broken—together.
With heartfelt sincerity,
Mr. Alvarez

Original Post:
I now know exactly who tried to silence me, 100% confirmed—and I’m done being quiet.
There’s a difference between suspecting you’re being targeted—and knowing it for certain.
For a long time, I lived in a state of emotional and physical tension. I had reason to believe that I was being watched, monitored, and discouraged from continuing the work I do—climate work. Resilience work. Truth-telling work.
But now I know.
I was right.
I’ve received confirmation that the people harassing and intimidating me are, in fact, members of MAGA-aligned law enforcement—those loyal not to the Constitution or the people, but to a dictator-aspiring president. They’ve been trying to silence me, slow me down, and break my will.
They failed.
If anything, I feel more grounded than ever before. When you know exactly who’s trying to hurt you, something unexpected happens: you stop being afraid.
Because the unknown can haunt you. But the known? You can face it. You can plan around it. You can speak truth to it. And today, I’m doing just that—with zero hesitation and a full heart.
Why They Target People Like Me
Let’s not sugarcoat the truth:
I run a Climate and Ecological (Green) justice company—Climate Change Community LLC—in a country where science is under siege, where authoritarianism is growing roots, and where speaking up about truth is often treated as a threat.
My work, and the work of those who walk beside me, is rooted in this principle:
Adaptive Resiliency, from the standpoint of both self and collective preservation, is the only path forward if we want a livable future.
This mission is bold. It is uncompromising. And it directly challenges the fossil-fueled systems that those in power are desperately trying to protect—even at the cost of human lives, public trust, and planetary survival.
So yes, they see my company as dangerous. Not because I have weapons. But because I have words. Because I have vision. Because I believe in a world where communities are supported, not suppressed; where science is uplifted, not denied; and where our children inherit a living world, not a dying one.
This Is Personal—But It’s Not Only About Me
Let me be clear: this isn’t just a personal vendetta. I’m not writing this for sympathy. I’m writing it because there are thousands—millions—of people like me who are standing in quiet bravery right now, or silently enduring the weight of repression.
If you’ve ever been intimidated for speaking out…
If you’ve ever been pushed aside for caring too much…
If you’ve ever been followed, watched, or warned for telling the truth…
You are not alone.
The system that tried to silence me is the same system that silences activists, whistleblowers, teachers, journalists, and even children who dare to say, “This isn’t right.”
We are not weak for being targeted.
They target us because we’re strong.
They try to break us because we are builders of a better world.
Faith, Fire, and Forward Motion
After learning the truth about who’s been behind the surveillance and intimidation, I sat with it. I prayed. I steadied myself.
And then, I made a decision.
I will not back down.
Not from fear. Not from pressure. Not from the hollow threats of a corrupted system that fears transformation more than it fears collapse.
I don’t say this lightly. I know the risks. I feel them every day. I’ve lived on the edge of uncertainty. I’ve worked without stable income, with social security barely covering the basics. I’ve navigated these storms not from a place of comfort, but of conviction.
And now, I stand more firmly than ever. Because I know I’m doing the right thing.
Introducing: Climate Tribe – Our Platform of Shared Power
In the middle of all this, I’ve also been building.
And today, I’m proud to say that the introduction and full layout of Climate Tribe—our new hub for mutual support, education, resilience-building, and meaningful climate action—is now live and ready for viewing.
Visit the new Climate Tribe page at ClimateChangeCommunity.com
(No login or subscription required for the introduction page.)
This isn’t just a blog post. It’s a dedicated information space, where you’ll find our values, structure, subscription plans, and a vision for how we rise together in an age of collapse and control.
Whether you’re a student, elder, scientist, creative, official, or caregiver—you have a place in this community.
We’ve built this to be a platform of hope and action, one that centers kindness, knowledge, diversity, and Adaptive Resiliency as a living, breathing daily practice.
So, Where Do We Go From Here?
We go forward.
Not blindly, but bravely.
Not recklessly, but relentlessly.
Because when the lines are drawn between those who protect life and those who exploit it, you must decide: What kind of ancestor will I be?
I have made my choice.
I choose to speak.
I choose to resist.
I choose to build—not just for today, but for generations who are not yet born but already watching.
So to those who tried to stop me—you’ve only made me stronger.
And to those who stand with me—thank you. Let’s keep building.
Final Reflection
“I write this now with a renewed sense of confidence—because I finally know the truth: I have, in fact, been targeted by MAGA-aligned law enforcement loyal to our dictator-aspiring president. Knowing (100% confirmed) who stands against me has made it easier to speak out. There is power in clarity. I no longer carry the weight of wondering—I carry the strength of knowing.”

Be well. Be safe. And stay cool—not just from the heat, but from the fire of unjust power.
